关于2021第四届IEEE国际无人系统大会征集特邀专题会议申请的通知

各有关单位、专家学者：

由中国指挥与控制学会、IEEE北京分会主办，中国指挥与控制学会无人系统专业委员会、同济大学和北京理工大学承办的2021第四届IEEE国际无人系统大会（IEEE ICUS 2021）将于2021年10月15-17日在北京召开。为进一步加强大会的组织领导，切实把大会办成交流优秀科研成果、研讨热点前沿问题、展示相关专家学者和团队风采的一流平台，现诚邀相关单位和专家学者组织特邀专题会议（invited session）参会交流。相关要求如下：

1. 无人系统领域的相关单位和专家学者均可向大会提交特邀专题会议申请。会议申请表见附件（中英文表格均需填写）。

2. 会议召集人应基于大会征文通知中的21项征文主题，确定本专题会议的主题。

3. 每个特邀专题会议到会交流的论文至少6篇，并请特别注意征集国外论文。

4. 请于2021年3月15日前将相关信息发送至大会邮箱icus@c2.org.cn，包括特邀专题会议的名称、简介（包括会议目的、会议内容），召集人的姓名、单位、职称、邮箱。

5. 特邀专题会议获得批准后，大会将给会议召集人发送一个专题会议代码。会议召集人应及时将该代码传达给相关作者。

6. 相关作者按照大会征文通知的要求撰写论文，在提交论文时，需输入专题会议代码。大会将依据该代码选择相应的专家进行专题评审。

Call for Invited Session Proposals

2021 4th IEEE International Conference on Unmanned Systems (IEEE ICUS 2021), sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section, and Chinese Institute of Command and Control(CICC), organized by Tongji University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and Technical Committee on Unmanned Systems of CICC, will be held on October 15-17, 2021, in Beijing, China.

ICUS aims to provide an academic and technological exchange platform for scientists, engineers and practitioners over the world to discuss the latest academic and technical issues related to unmanned systems. It also offers an excellent opportunity for participants to share innovative ideas, recent findings and best practices on unmanned systems, robotics, automation, and intelligent systems.

Proposals are solicited from those wishing to organize an invited session on a specific topic. Each Invited Session should be composed of at least 6 papers.

The organizer should submit an invited session proposal including the session title, a brief description of the session, and name, salutation, affiliation, email of organizer(s), to icus@c2.org.cn before March 15, 2021.

Once the proposal is accepted, the organizer will receive a Session Code by e-mail. The organizer should then distribute the Session Code to the authors of the invited session papers.

Writing and submission requirements for invited session papers are the same as those for regular papers. For more information, please visit: http://icus2021.c2.org.cn/callforpapers.html.

When submitting papers through conference submission system, individual authors of the invited session papers must enter corresponding session codes, and suitable reviewers will be assigned accordingly.
